What is Return-express postage?

Return-express postage is the only option for postage.

It includes express postage to you and a prepaid return satchel to return your hire.

When will my hire be shipped?

If you have booked your hire for a Saturday/Sunday, your hire will be shipped between Monday-Wednesday the week of. Depending on Australia Post, hires in VIC arrive the following business day and interstate arrive in 2-3 days.

Does shipping have to be express?

Yes. All hires must be sent with express shipping as this is the only reliable shipping method to ensure outfits arrive in time.

How do I track my hire?

All hires are sent using Australia Post. To track your hire, copy and paste the provided tracking number into the Australia Post website.

My hire has been delayed. What now?

In the unfortunate circumstance that Australia Post delays your hire and misses your booking date, you will be entitled to a credit valued at the original hire price (postage not included).
