TERMS AND CONDITIONS
​Our Terms and Conditions are in place to keep both parties safe during a booking. It is your responsibility to read through these before hiring and abide by them.
1. Introduction
Welcome to HireHP! By booking an outfit with us via Instagram DM, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from making a booking.
A reminder that hiring includes multiple clients re-wearing an outfit so outfits will not be completely brand new. All hires are in great wearable condition but may show slight signs of wear eg. fabric pulls, faint marks etc. however, no hires with extreme wear will be hired out. Always double check the condition before hiring if you are concerned.

2. Booking Process
- All hire bookings are made via direct message (DM) on Instagram. Please reach out to us on our Instagram account @hirehp to inquire about availability, details, and pricing.
- Once we confirm the outfit availability, we’ll provide you with all necessary information and booking details.
- A booking is considered confirmed only once a deposit or full hire fee is paid.
3. Hire Period
- The usual hire period is 4 days, starting from the day you collect or receive the outfit.
- The outfit must be returned by the agreed-upon return date. If it’s returned late, a late fee of $10 will be charged for each day the outfit is overdue.
4. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This must be paid via bank transfer.
- Full payment must be completed before collection or shipping.
- Payments are to be made via bank transfer or cash on collection.
5. Collection and Return
- Dresses can be collected locally, or we can arrange delivery to your address for an additional fee of $29.
- The outfit must be returned in the same condition it was received—clean, undamaged, and unworn (other than for trying it on). If the dress is returned in a damaged state or requires extra cleaning, you will be charged accordingly for repairs or cleaning fees.
- Postal hires booked with less than one weeks notice are not entitled to a refund or store credit if the arrival is delayed.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
- If you cancel your booking, up to 6 days before your hire date, you’ll receive a store credit.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of your hire date will not be entitled to a refund or store credit.
- Cancellations for hires that have already been shipped are not entitled to a refund.
- If you need to make any changes to your booking (such as the hire date or outfit selection), please notify us via Instagram DM. We will do our best to accommodate changes, depending on availability.
7. Damages or Loss
- You are responsible for the outfit from the moment you receive it until it is returned to us. If the outfit is lost, damaged, or stolen during the hire period, you will be charged the full cost of repair or replacement.
- If the outfit is returned with damage (e.g., stains, rips, or tears), you will be responsible for covering the cost of any necessary repairs or cleaning.
- Your hire fee will not be deducted from the total if RRP is charged.
- Some outfits do require a bond. A fee on-top of keeping the bond may be requested for damages.
8. Care of the Outfit
- All outfits are cleaned before being sent out or collected. We ask that you treat the outfit with care during your hire period. Please do not attempt to wash, dry clean, or alter the outfit without consulting us first.
- If any issues arise with the dress during your hire period (such as stains or damage), please inform us immediately via Instagram DM.
9. Liability
- HireHP is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by improper use of the dress.
- We take all reasonable care to ensure the dress is in excellent condition, but HireHP is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during delivery, collection, or while in your possession, unless caused by our negligence.
10. Content
- HireHP has the right to reshare any content taken in our outfits. The resharing may include but not be limited to; promotional usage across social media.
11. Ownership
- All dresses and accessories remain the property of HireHP. You are renting the dress for a specific period and must return it by the agreed date. You may not alter, sell, or transfer ownership of the rented items.
12. Indemnity
- By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you indemnify HireHP, against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the rented outfit.

13. Amendments to Terms
- HireHP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to remain updated of any changes. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
